About Me
Hi, I’m Daniel — Founder of Origin Biomechanics
My interest in biomechanics came from noticing that many people train consistently but still deal with pain, poor posture, or movement limitations.
Over time I became more focused on understanding how the body actually moves in everyday life — not just in the gym, but through walking, rotation, balance and coordination.
That’s what led me to start Origin Biomechanics.
My coaching focuses on improving posture, movement patterns and strength so the body can move more efficiently and feel stronger in daily life.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, trying to improve performance, or simply want to move better, the goal is to help you build lasting improvements in how your body functions.

WhY BIOMECHANICS MATTERS?
Most training programs focus on burning calories or building isolated muscle groups. But the way the body moves is far more important than the number of exercises performed.
My approach looks at how the entire body works together through movement patterns such as walking, rotation, and standing posture.
When these patterns become inefficient, it often leads to:
