What is Functional Patterns?

Functional Patterns is a training methodology designed around how the human body is naturally meant to move. By aligning training with these fundamental patterns, Functional Patterns works to restore balance, improve posture, and build strength that carries over into real-life activities.

Developed by Naudi Aguilar, the system is built on principles of biomechanics and myofascial integration.
